2. PROMOTION PERIOD

• Promotion Period: 01 October 2026 – 31 October 2026. Reservation Period: 20 September 2026 – 31 October 2026, or until the monthly promotional budget is fully utilized, whichever occurs first.

• Promotion Period: 01 November 2026 – 30 November 2026. Reservation Period: 20 October 2026 – 30 November 2026, or until the monthly promotional budget is fully utilized, whichever occurs first.

• Promotion Period: 01 December 2026 – 31 December 2026. Reservation Period: 20 November 2026 – 31 December 2026, or until the monthly promotional budget is fully utilized, whichever occurs first.

3. HOW TO REDEEM THE OFFER

• Step 1: Cardholders must make a reservation via Hotline 02473 009 009 (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily) or email JCB@cc-c.vn at least 24 hours prior to the dining date and provide the required information in accordance with CC&C's instructions.

• Step 2: CC&C will check table availability and advise the Cardholder of the applicable terms and conditions.

• Step 3: CC&C will send a reservation confirmation email to the Cardholder.

• Step 4: The Cardholder visits the restaurant at the confirmed date and time, presents a valid JCB Card, and pay the bill with the same JCB Card to enjoy the offer.

4. TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The Program is valid on all days of the week.

• The Program is applicable to JCB Cardholders holding JCB Cards issued in Vietnam.

• The offer is not applicable to split tables or split bills.

• Cardholders must make a reservation via Hotline 02473 009 009 or email JCB@cc-c.vn to enjoy the offer. Reservations made directly with the restaurant are not eligible for this offer.

• Reservation confirmations and amendments are subject to table availability and the operating capacity of each participating restaurant.

• The Cardholder must dine at the confirmed restaurant and at the confirmed time, and present and pay with a valid JCB Card (physical card or JCB Card on Apple Pay) that matches the card information provided when making the reservation in order to be eligible for the offer.

• The offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or special offers available at the restaurant.

• Any remaining bill amount after the discount, together with applicable taxes, service charges, and other surcharges (if any), must be paid by the Cardholder using a JCB Card at the restaurant.

• Cardholders may make a new reservation only after completing the current reservation. For confirmed reservations, the dining date and time may be changed up to two (02) times, subject to restaurant availability.

• The number of offer redemptions is limited each month. 

• The list of participating restaurants may be revised, supplemented, or changed from time to time and will be updated in Section 5.

• In the event of any dispute arising, JCB's decision shall be final.
